Question about Lessons?
1. Are my lessons available on DVD disc?
No, sorry folks but I stopped selling DVDs a long time ago.2. I never received my lesson and I'm pissed!
They are not sent. You must download them. When you pay for a lesson there's a link labeled "return to merchant". Email me if you messed up.3. Why can't I download my lesson?
Try to download from another computer or through some other Internet connection. In most cases the problem is not on the server end. On a windows pc you should right click on each lesson file and choose "save as" to store them on your own local hard drive. I recommend buying a USB thumb drive and storing all your lessons there. You save the files for safe keeping.4. What files comes with the lessons?
- Quicktime mov files played with free players on Mac or PC.
- WMV Windows Media Player movie files playable on Mac or PC
- TEF - tabledit tablature files playable and printable with free software on mac or pc
- mp3 - I often provide bonus sound clips and jam along recordings.5. How can I store the lessons?
Just save them to your local hard disk or copy them to a data dvd or cdrom. The best way is to buy a tiny USB flash drive and store all your lessons which can be transported to any computer or laptop for study. You can even convert these and play them on an Ipod or Iphone which has surprising quality and sharpness.6. How do I get into the bonus areas mentioned?
Just look on the lesson page for a link that will send you to a registration page for a private secure forum. Once registered I will enable your account and you'll see a whole community of warm friendly players and lots of free lessons and good information.
